Thank you for being a trusted partner to Reliability Engineering and doing business with us so far. As you may be aware, we are registered as a proprietorship with the undersigned as the sole proprietor. With your support, we have seen robust business growth so far, and to better serve you in future, we are transferring our business into a new private limited company viz. Reliability Engineering Industries Private Limited. bearing CIN number: U29308TG2021PTC153923. Note that the ownership, management and executive team, employees will remain the same.

Through this change, we hope to access better credit facilities and improve our infrastructure to serve you faster and better.

After Cut-Off Date i.e, 1st November 2021, the business of Reliability Engineering Proprietorship will be moved into Reliability Engineering Industries Private Limited.

Following are the KYC details of the new entity. Kindly, update Vendor Registration records with the changes. Further, we request you to release all new purchase orders and make all payments to the following after the above transfer date ( 01 Nov’ 2021).
